En Francais, SVP...
I had a few phone calls in French this past week at work, which was surprising. I'm the only one in the office who actually speaks French, and seeing as it's for the federal government services must be offered in both languages. The one guy I know speaks English (he could say the 'th' of a street name), and the other one was a lady who somehow got redirected to us from Quebec. It was nice to actuallypracticee a bit though.
