Working like a dog...
OK, so I'm not really working like a dog, but I've been working a fair bit lately.
Most of the time it's fun (or at least not boring), but today was a bit stressful. About half an hour before I was supposed to leave, my boss came in and said, "I want you to hire 30-40 people and get them into training sessions for tomorrow and Sunday". Needless to say, I spent an extra four hours in the office making phone calls and trying to get a hold of people. There went my Friday evening. I was going to play ultimate frisbee with friends, but I had to miss that. Urgh...
